Information on Personal Data Processing
The accommodation provider processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For the purpose of legal obligations regarding the registration of residents, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, date of birth, address of residence, and ID card number, based on the completion of the registration form provided by the guest. A phone number or email address is only stored in the guest records upon explicit consent.

The accommodation provider processes personal data manually and automatically through the responsible person for data processing.

Personal data is processed for the necessary period as required by the law on resident registration. The email address is processed until the client requests deletion and removal from the client records.

The guest has the right to access their personal data processed by the accommodation provider, request corrections or deletion, restrict processing, and object to data processing.

The accommodation provider undertakes not to share any personal data with third parties or companies. An exception applies to foreign guests, where data must be submitted to the UBYPORT portal of the Foreign Police for non-Czech nationals.

If a guest believes their personal data is being processed unlawfully, they can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection in the Czech Republic (www.uoou.cz).
