Check-in is possible after 3 PM and check-out before 10 AM (unless otherwise agreed).
Pets are not allowed.

Summer season (June 1 – September 30)

2 nights: 3200 CZK/night
3-6 nights: 2900 CZK/night
7 or more nights: 2700 CZK/night

Off-season (October 1 – May 31)

2 nights: 2900 CZK/night
3-6 nights: 2700 CZK/night
7 or more nights: 2400 CZK/night
Local fee 10 CZK/person/night (not applicable to children under 18).

Use of the hot tub 500 CZK/day.

Use of the fire pit and grill is free.

In case of damage to the property’s equipment, the guest is obliged to report and cover the damage.

Cancellation Policy:
Send a cancellation request via email. The contract is canceled once the email is received. The customer has the right to cancel the reservation at any time but must pay the following cancellation fees:

If the cancellation occurs 60 or more days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 0% of the total price.
If the cancellation occurs 30-59 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 20% of the total price.
If the cancellation occurs 1-29 days before arrival or in case of a no-show, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.
In case of early termination or interruption of the stay without the fault of “Ubytování Na Kovárně,” there is no obligation to refund the paid price or any part of it.
No cancellation fee applies if the stay is canceled by “Ubytování Na Kovárně.”
